Thank you for choosing Ascendant World as your preferred clothing brand. We are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience, and part of that commitment includes ensuring your order is delivered to you in a timely and reliable manner.

Regarding Pre-made

For items listed as premade, please allow up to 1 week for your order to be shipped. These items are on-hand and on average will be shipped much quicker than preorder items.

 

Regarding Pre-orders

For items listed as pre-order, please refer to the time window in the description of the product page. Pre-order items are packaged and shipped between 14-21 days after the time window has closed. These products will be clearly recognizable as pre-order on the product page and on average take longer than pre-made items.

 

Regarding International Orders

We are pleased to offer shipping to international destinations, however, please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges at checkout.

International shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected at checkout. Please allow additional time for delivery and customs processing.
